New study: Low carbohydrate diets in children with type 1 diabetes
Some families are reporting restricting carbohydrate-containing foods to help manage their child’s blood glucose levels.

Who can participate?
We are looking for parents and carers of children with T1D (aged 10 years or younger) who are currently implementing a low-carbohydrate diet or have tried to limit carbohydrate within the past 6 months.
What does participation involve?
Online focus groups will be conducted with small groups of parents/caregivers to share their experiences and knowledge on low-carbohydrate diets in the management of their child’s T1D.
